Students need to know that the two term systems have been discontinued by the board. The syllabus of class 10 and class 12 will not be divided into two terms from next year.

Because of the ongoing pandemic the CBSE board had divided the exam in two sessions, CBSE term 1 exam, which will be conducted between November-December 2021 and CBSE term 2 exam, scheduled in between April-May 2022. This strategy was previously adopted by the board to ensure conducting at least one exam in a year. But now the board has discontinued that 2 session exam from next year.
