Indian Overseas Bank has invited applications for Local Bank Officer post in six states of India. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 400 vacancies by giving opportunity to the candidates to get job in banking sector. The online application process started on 12th May, 2025 and will remain active till 31st May,2025.

Eligibility Criteria of Indian Overseas Bank LBO Recruitment 2025
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt.of India or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government of India.
2. Age limit
Candidates must be between 20 to 30 years of age. Age relaxation will be applicable according to the Government of India rules for reserved category.
Application fee of Indian Overseas Bank LBO Recruitment 2025
The application fee for candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS category is Rs.850/- and application charges will be added to it. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD category will have to pay Rs.175/-with intimation charges.
The payment must be done online by using credit card/debit card/Internet Banking.
Selection Process of Indian Overseas Bank LBO Recruitment 2025
The selection process will be conducted in three stages.
- Online Examination
- Language Proficiency Test(LPT)
- Personal Interview
Online Examination will be of 200 marks where 140 questions will be asked and 0.25 marks (¼th of the marks assigned to the question) will be deducted for every wrong answer. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
Candidates who pass the test will be called for LPT and those who qualify both the rounds will be shortlisted for personal interview.
